Event Description: The event provided an interactive training experience that introduced MedSCO members to the organization’s vision, structure, and committee roles. It focused on developing essential skills in leadership, communication, teamwork, financial management, and project management. Through interactive workshops and training sessions, participants were equipped to actively contribute to MedSCO’s activities and take on future leadership roles, fostering a confident, skilled, and engaged community of future healthcare leaders.
