Event Description: In the medical field, a single moment can make the difference between a professional error and a legal case. “Mishrat Slip” sheds light on these critical moments when medical actions become subject to legal scrutiny. The event aims to raise awareness of professional responsibility among medical students and individuals interested in the ethical and legal aspects of medical practice across different academic disciplines. It also seeks to help participants distinguish between an unintentional medical error and legally recognized negligence through interactive discussions of real-life-inspired cases.

Featuring a guest with expertise in both medicine and law, the event provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of medical decision-making and how such decisions are evaluated from a legal perspective. The event adopts an engaging and unconventional format, including interactive discussions, live polls, and a symbolic medical court simulation, creating a meaningful and enriching educational experience.
