Event Description: The event aimed to introduce medical students to the basics of sign language and the importance of effective communication with the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. It featured a specialized training workshop followed by a field visit to Al Amal School for the Deaf, allowing participants to apply their acquired skills and gain a deeper understanding of the needs of this community. The event was organized through specialized teams responsible for content preparation, logistical and financial coordination, and media coverage, contributing to its successful implementation and effective outreach to the target audience.
